About Me.

Hi, I’m Tanner Marsh, a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant at Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation. While I’m based in Valparaiso, Indiana, I’m originally from Mondovi, Wisconsin and proudly serve clients across Indiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.

I believe the mortgage process should feel clear, steady, and manageable, not overwhelming. My role is to help clients feel supported and informed every step of the way, whether they’re purchasing their first home or exploring refinancing options.

I’m someone who’s always valued discipline, preparation, and follow-through. As a former college baseball player and an avid outdoorsman, I’ve learned the importance of staying focused, paying attention to the details, and showing up with a calm, steady approach when it matters most. That mindset carries directly into the work I do with clients.

I take pride in being proactive throughout the loan process, communicating clearly, and helping uncover solutions others may miss, especially for clients who have been told “no” elsewhere and just need the right team in their corner. I work across a wide range of loan options, including FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional financing, and I’m committed to making the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. 

For me, this work is about building trust, earning confidence, and helping people move into the next chapter of their lives with the right support behind them.
