Trent was great, the only issue I had was the paperwork aspect . there we're things needed before closing and I knew about them and got them together however the day before closing I was instructed there were more papers that weren't sent out so we had to push closing back.

I'm sure there was stuff on the back end of things that Trent did but I mostly dealt with Melanie Bute and she was amazing! Very professional and understanding!
