Hi, I’m Steven Thompson, Sales Manager of our Las Vegas branch and a proud U.S. veteran. I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years, but my story starts way before that, back when I was a teenager, I went to work with my friend and his dad in Beverly Hills and he showed us what it took to buy a home, I wondered could this be something that I could do. That curiosity turned into a calling, and I’ve been all in ever since.

My approach is simple: listen first, educate continually, and make sure my clients understand not just what they qualify for, but what’s right for them. I specialize in the VA Home Loan benefit and love supporting Veterans and Service Members as they navigate the path to homeownership. Whether I’m hosting workshops or walking someone through their very first pre-approval, I bring the same mindset: transparency, clarity, and a genuine commitment to helping people get the keys to a place they never thought possible.
