About Me.

Greetings All! I am Sonia Georgeff at Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation’s Valparaiso branch. My journey in the mortgage origination industry started in Illinois in 1989, and I’ve been proudly serving clients both there and in Indiana since 1991. I recently added Florida to the states I can serve you in. I aim to be your lender for life, providing support and expertise throughout your mortgage journey.

I believe in being there for my clients. I love meeting them face to face, but with all the new technologies available, I can meet with them in whichever manner works best. I guide my clients through the entire process, updating them as things progress through a very smooth transaction.

I love working with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and buyers ready to downsize. I customize their mortgage based on their specific needs and goals. I have extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional guidelines. I also offer a variety of other products that may better meet their needs than customary conforming loans.
