A few times communication among the office as a whole (not Betsy in particular) was a little disorganized. If there was a good not great button, I'd press it because in these instances, the office helped resolve the confusion once it was brought to everyone's attention.

Betsy was our lender to refinance our home. Any time we had questions or concerns we'd call or email her and she'd respond within the hour sometimes within the minutes.
