Hi, I'm Desiree Hosman, Loan Officer and Operations Manager in Valparaiso, IN. At my core I'm someone who genuinely loves helping people. There's nothing that makes me happier than seeing a client walk away from closing with a smile on their face, knowing their life just changed. That's what this work is about for me.

My path into mortgage wasn't planned. I relocated to a new area needing a fresh start, found my way into this industry at the ground level, and spent eight years learning everything I could. Getting licensed as a Loan Officer was a natural next step because I wanted to be even more directly involved in the moments that matter most to our clients.

What you'll get from me is transparency above all else. I walk you through every detail, so you always know where you stand, and I'm available long after closing.
