Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation has no affiliates.
Non-affiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Non-affiliates we share with can include companies involved in insurance, real estate, mortgage, home services, retail, or banking and businesses that assist with originating and servicing loans.
Joint marketing

A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Joint marketing customers can include companies in the insurance, mortgage, credit card, or banking businesses, including non-affiliated companies.

CALIFORNIA: In accordance with California law, we will not share information we collect about California residents with non-affiliates, unless the law allows. For example, we may share information to service your accounts or upon receiving your consent. We will limit sharing among our companies, if any, to the extent required by California law. VERMONT: We will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to our affiliates and will not disclose your personal, financial, or credit information to non-affiliated parties for marketing purposes, other than as permitted by Vermont law, but may share with non-affiliated parties as permitted by Vermont law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures. The types and categories of information that may be collected and disclosed about both current and former customers, including for joint marketing and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, are described in the boxes above.
