Hey there! I'm Lori Nicklas, your go-to Loan Officer at Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation in Valparaiso, IN. I've been in the mortgage game for about 25 years, and I still love every minute. My start came in 1988, and I've been hooked ever since!

What makes me different from the rest? It's my commitment to clear communication and timely follow-up. I try to be there at most of my purchase closings, and I pride myself on building strong relationships with my processors, always ready to lend a hand. Plus, I'm a social butterfly, so feel free to invite me to your housewarming barbecue!

Regarding mortgage products, my sweet spots are investment properties and construction loans, thanks to the many relationships I've developed with investor realtors and borrowers. But don't worry, I'm not one to shy away from any loan.
