USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing is an additional program that allows for 100% financing.  This county based program is for low to moderate income families and is based on the HUD “Median Income” for your area.

In addition to low down payment programs, DRMC also specializes in Conventional/Conforming and Jumbo/Non Conforming financing.  These products are geared toward borrowers with larger down payments and higher credit scores.
